विकासाच्या नावाखाली यापूर्वी देखील असे अनेक प्रकल्प राबवले गेले. पण त्यामुळे काही ठराविक लोकांचाच विकास झाला. हा विषय जरी बाजूला ठेवला तरी आता पर्यंत आपण निसर्गाचा बराचसा घास गिळला आहे. तेव्हा आता जी जंगले उरली आहेत ती तरी नष्ट होऊ नयेत असे मला वाटते. ताडोबा सारखे जंगल वाचावे तेथील वन्य जीवन सुरक्षित राहावे यासाठी आपण सर्वांनी प्रयत्न करायला हवेत. विकास तर व्हायला हवाच पण त्यासाठी उरलेली जंगल संपत्ती नष्ट होऊ नये. दुसरा काही पर्याय आहे का हे तपासून पाहायला हवे.
सहजीकच सरकारने आणि सर्वांचीच यासाठी आग्रही भूमिका असायला हवी.

I am an big wildlife lover .and i do belive tht wildlife should be protected.If anybody knows chandrapur is one of the most polluted cities in india...only because its sarrounded by coal mines.so think of Tadoba ! if Adani coal mines will adjucent to tadoba...Thr is no nature remain n Tiger too ! Second biggest thing is ,Vidarbha already have an few tourist places....

Do we see a politico-industry nexus here? If this place is reserved, how the politicians can give their assent for exploration, thus disturbing the the peace and tranquility of this precious place? What can a citizen do in such cases? We have to take the help of electronic and print media to dissuade the Adani Power Company from destroying the habitat of the now increasingly rare tiger and other flora and fauna. Additionally, can we not approach courts to put a stop to this commercial exploitation?

Coal mining project shouldn't be permitted in Tadoba or else this will contribute greatly to global warming & shortage of water due to low rainfall. If govt permits then it provide some alternate obligation to Adani co. to plant same no. of trees somewhaere else, but this is not possible. So this project should not be given the Green signal.
